The level of musicianship keeps getting knocked up a notch as The Safari Club, lounge of the Bay Park Hotel is underway with a variety of genres making it even more entertaining. Four months into offering live entertainment, concert promoter Kiki Wow, is finding some impressive talent on Thursday nights for the Monterey Peninsula to enjoy such as touring artists jazz/soul pianist, Robert Turner (who received a standing ovation at the Golden State Theater 2 days before it closed), and international New Zealand songwriter, Jackie Bristow to name a few. On Thursday, July 25th from 7-9pm Wow introduces Erica Sunshine Lee, an incredibly talented Nashville Recording Country Singer/Songwriter, who just released her 4th studio album “I’m Still Me” and recently toured throughout Australia, Thailand, New Zealand and the US promoting her newest hit single “Drinking and Driving Me Crazy.” Tickets are $10 at the door and the new managers of both The Safari Club and The Crazy Horse Restaurant are offering a special Thursday night deal: Order dinner from the menu, including the Award Winning Salad Bar, and get $3 off a glass of wine at the show in the Safari Club.

Originally from Georgia, Erica Sunshine Lee is a true southern gem and prolific songwriter who has toured with legendary David Allan Coe, Jack Ingram, Wayne Mills, and written over 1000 songs, including songs cut on records by Australia’s ‘Viper Creek Band’, ‘Wayne Mills’ and ‘Kenny Johnson’. Writing over 50 songs in 2012 with just other Australian Artists such as Bill Chambers, Mitchell Shadlow, The Viper Creek Band, and Aleyce Simmonds, as well as being the only international artist selected to perform at the Mildura festival in Australia, Sunshine has been well received down under, gaining fans worldwide, and just had her first top 10 single in Europe. Erica Sunshine Lee was recently selected as Georgia-Country’s artist of the month, and already hard at work recording her next album in Nashville, Tennessee, Erica Sunshine Lee tours back and forth across the country singing heartfelt, honest and catchy true stories about her everyday life, romance, background, and southern roots, as well as recording session and background vocals on albums across the world. "I'm Still Me", Sunshine's brand new album was just featured in New York's premier Millenium Magazine, and her new music video “Drinking and Driving Me Crazy” was filmed in Half Moon Bay at the Longbranch Saloon. Between touring, writing, recording and modeling, Sunshine still remains very active as she surfs, mountain bikes, hikes, skydives, plays softball and basketball and is a graduate of Belmont’s Notre Dame De Namur University with a Marketing Degree. After selling cars at Putnam Chevrolet Cadillac and Hummer for 7 years on Auto Row, Erica Sunshine Lee gave up her corporate day job to pursue her dream, sharing her music around the world.
