Great to be back in the BAY~

Hey Y'all,

This past week has been so much fun to be back in the BAY AREA playing shows, after being overseas for a while and touring to Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California, I've missed my California friends, great burritos, and being back in the Bay.

San Francisco's Dolores Park Cafe was a wonderful venue, and with the sun shining, people wandered over from the park to relax on a Friday evening with some coffee, or other tasty adult beverages, and I got to see friends from South Carolina I haven't seen in a decade!

The following night, I got to play at a new venue called the Cava Wine Bar down south in Capitola beside Santa Cruz, and this place is beautiful, located right beside the ocean!  My good friend Michelle Gray's paintings were featured in the bar, and that was quite a pleasant surprise to see her art on the wall while I was performing...to purchase or view her paintings, click here!

Then I had the best treat for Easter Sunday!  I got to go to the Longbranch Saloon & Farms, the place where I shot my music video for "Drinking and Driving Me Crazy"

and the owner hired a local preacher to have the Easter service at the beautiful old chapel in the western village.  We sang amazing grace, had a huge feast, then moved the party back to Cameron's Pub as I played there from 4-7pm all afternoon for the 2nd annual Easter performance.

Thanks to all who drove all the way out to the coast to come see me play, it was so great to see your smiling faces~

Then back to my California hometown suburb this Friday in Burlingame at the newest hotspot "BARREL HOUSE."  What a cool vibe, and the place was packed, luckily the Giants won that afternoon, so there was celebrating to be had, and I played all night bringing country music to Burlingame...rare ;)

Last night, I had the pleasure to perform at a new restaurant out on the coast in Princeton's Landing called "Crab Landing" and had the best Prime rib ever~  Luckily, the Giants won last night too, GO SF, and thanks to all my coastside friends who came out to see me in Half Moon Bay to enjoy live music by the coast with an ocean view~

Today I had the day off, so after church I went to the driving range to hit some golf balls and enjoyed my favorite local pizza in San Mateo, North Beach Pizza...ahhh SUNDAY FUN-DAY is the best~

Here's a few local tunes I've written about my favorite coastside hangouts~
